Anywhere Kids Care
Anywhere Kids Care provides on-site event childcare. We aim to take the pressure off of making sure the children at your event are safe and cared for. As experienced childcare professionals, we supply your event with an environment filled with endless laughter and excitement in order for you and your guests to have a worry-free celebration. When we arrive at your event, we will provide age-appropriate activities tailored to your children and their interests. We strive to be accommodating to both our clients and their children to provide a fun, safe, and stimulating environment at your event. We are more than willing to put together your dream event, if you have any special requests/ideas we would love to work with you to fulfill your needs. Let us help make your event the best it can be!
Meet The Owners
The Co-Owners, Sierra and Alex, met their first year in college and quickly became very close friends. They soon realized that they were both passionate about childcare and dreamt up a plan to one day create their own childcare company together. Throughout their college career, they both worked as nannies and in daycares. From all of their experience with childcare, the owners had many ideas about how to make their company succeed. Shortly after they finished college, they began putting their plans into action and Anywhere Kids Care was created.
Rates
Rates are determined by the number of children attending the event for a 6 hour time period. Additional travel fees may be applied depending on your location. We know each wedding is unique, so reach out to us with any questions or requests. You can fill out our Event Inquiry Form for a quote. Rates start at:
1-5 kids $250/child
6-10 kids $225/child
11-15 kids $200/child
16 kids and up $175/child
*A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a reservation for the date of your event. You can fill out our Event Inquiry Form for a quote.
Event Add-ons

We offer two different picture packages:
Basic package ($50): 20 take-home polaroid pictures of the children.
Deluxe package ($200): a photo station with a background and props will be provided. Included in this package you will receive 50 polaroid pictures.

We offer a more hands-on activity with our sculpting dough.
($100) We provide kid-friendly tools and materials
18 different dough colors along with assorted sculpting tools will be provided
Each child will receive a sculpting mat with their name on it.
Children will be able to take-home one container of sculpting dough as a souvenir

The bubble station will be equipped with a bubble machine, large bubble wands, bubble trays, and various other bubble activities.
($50) This add-on will provide tons of fun for the kiddos at your event, and they will be able to take-home bubbles as a souvenir .

Our age-specific goodie bags will come equipped with different toys and trinkets for your children to remember how much fun they had at your event. All goodie bags come with a polaroid picture of your child, bubbles, and sculpting dough. ($10/goodie bag)
Ages 2-5: goodie bags might come with items like stickers, sidewalk chalk, and drawing pads with coloring crayons.
Ages 6-12: goodie bags might come with items like a drawing pad and coloring tools, bouncy ball, sunglasses, and scratch-off rainbow art.
Goodie bags are totally customizable by the client. If you want to make changes to your bag, reach out, and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.

What services do you provide?
At your event we will provide age-appropriate activities for the children. The different activities we provide can be specialized for your event. We also offer unique add-ons that come at an additional price. We strive to be accommodating to both our clients and their children to provide a fun, safe, and stimulating environment at your event. We are more than willing to put together your dream event, if you have any special requests/ideas we would love to work with you to fulfill your needs. These are the different services we provide:

How far will you travel?
We service the Bay Area and Central Valley, but like our name implies, we are willing to travel anywhere. Additional travel fees will be applied for events that are farther than the areas we typically service. To determine whether your location will require a travel fee, fill out our Event Inquiry Form, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
What are your rates?
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a reservation for the date of your wedding.
Rates start at: 1-5 kids $1,100, 6-10 kids $2,100, 11-15 kids $3,100, 16 kids and up $4,100. Fill out our Event Inquiry Form, and we can send you a quote
Each event requires at least 2 sitters and events must be a minimum of 4 hours long
Additional travel fees may be applied

What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?
With all of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we strive to make things as safe as possible for our clients. Upon request from the client, masks can be worn by employees at your event. To make our clients feel safer, if requested employees can provide negative COVID test results (at an additional fee) prior to your event to ensure everyone’s well- being at your event. Any and all supplies provided by Anywhere Kids Care will be properly sanitized before each event. Our ultimate goal is to make sure everyone is safe, happy, and healthy.
